The five decades of existence of "MIRCE ACEV" express the growth and the rise of the Macedonian culture, especially of the folk music tradition. The Macedonian people deep in their hearts have an inborn feeling for song and dance. The Folk group of the Association  "MIRCE ACEV" has achieved to bring forward the wealthy folk treasures created throughout the centuries on Macedonian soil to other university centers.  

The young men and woman from the Folk group in the past five decades have participated on great number festivals in our country and abroad, thus bringing home high awards and prizes, confirming the quality of their presentation. With the dances and the songs trough the "Nevestinsko", the "Tikvesko", the "Beranche", and the "Povardarie", the dance group to the public gave a tour of the beauty of Macedonia , of our folk heritage in the most representative manner.
